Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more
information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, clean and unworn/unused condition, in their original packaging. You should have the original receipt or returns note.
To return an item, please complete the form available here to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA
number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the
return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure
they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel
remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get
proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item,
we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at
least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process
your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been
processed.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super
important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds or exchanges:

and forms of pierced jewellery.
