Delivery Information
The information within this page is provided only as a guide for customers to understand our delivery services and the couriers we use, as well as their shipping time frames. We currently deliver locally to all major cities within Cyprus and offer shipping abroad to all countries within the European Union as well as to most other countries around the world. If you require shipping to a country which is not within the European Union or part of the countries we ship to, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote for your country.
Orders placed online before 10:00am will usually be dispatched the same day; provided the goods are in stock and the payment has cleared. Orders placed after 10:00am will usually be processed and dispatched to customers the next working day, assuming all items within the order are in stock and the payment has cleared. Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched Monday – Friday and any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on National Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery within Cyprus
For orders within Cyprus we currently only dispatch using Primewell Courier Cyprus. The delivery fees are as below:
Home Delivery - €3.00
For orders over €50, the Delivery will be free of charge.
Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days to the delivery address you provide during checkout. In cases of remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 days.

Delivery within Europe
We are happy to send your items to an address within the European Union; we currently offer shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Greece, Estonia, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Great Britain, Norway, Holland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Finland. We are also able to send your order to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Liechtenstein and Monaco.
Shipping to a country listed above costs €8.00 per order. For orders of value above €70, shipping will be free of charge.
Orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days, however please have in mind that this is an approximate timeframe and not guaranteed, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Worldwide
For shipping to countries which are not within the European Union, we offer a Registered International Airmail Service. The delivery fee is €15.00 per order, unless the order value is greater than €120. Orders over €120 will be delivered for free. Delivery costs do not include any import fees that may apply in the country of delivery. Such costs are the recipient’s responsibility.
